1 apple or pear, cored and sliced

1 cup apple juice

ingredients you are using to prepare smoothie should be cleaned and free from a

waste product. So, clean spinach, kale and keep it aside.

 

1.Take your blender. Start putting ingredients in a blender.  Put all of them, there

 2.Run blender at high speed for a few seconds after adding ice. This will give

    thick consistency to the smoothie. Still, keep checking the consistency of

1 head organic romaine lettuce, chopped

3 to 4 stalks organic celery

1/2 head of a large bunch or 3/4 of a small bunch of spinach

1 organic apple, cored and chopped

1 organic pear, cored and chopped

1 organic banana

Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon

Optional: 1/3 bunch organic cilantro (stems OK) and 1/3 bunch organic parsley (stems OK)

 2 cups coconut water

3 cups frozen berries

1 cup collard greens

1 cup wheatgrass

1 tablespoon of macca powder

Stevia

 

Directions

 

The directions to this recipe are very simple to follow

1. Simply add all the ingredients to the blender

2. Then blend until it reaches your desired consistence

3. All that’s left is to feel up your stomach and your ready to go

I would prefer that you start with the dry ingredients first then and the wet ones to
